Administration

Lynette King - Office Manager

Lynette joined Symphony in 2003 as Personal Assistant to the CEO. During the following five years as the company expanded so did her role and she was promoted to Office Manager in August 2008. She is responsible for the company's Administration, IT and telecoms systems and for the general running of the office. She also organises events such as Symphony's annual conference.

Nicola Ryan - CEO's PA

Nicola joined Symphony in April 2008 as Personal Assistant to the CEO, having experience at Director level for the past 8 years. She is responsible for the CEO's day to day diary management which includes working at Board level.

Sales

Dorothy Agapiou

Dorothy joined Symphony in 1996, having had experience in Sales within the Recruitment Industry. She is responsible for managing Symphony's Distributors in Latin America, Western Europe, and in parts of Africa and Asia.

Keith Frener - Director - Symphony Environmental Ltd.

Keith has more than 30yrs experience within the Polythene and Packaging sector, having gained significant experience in Sales and Marketing , as well as Global Sourcing. He co-founded Symphony Plastics in 1995 and is responsible for most of the company's sales in the UK and Eire. Keith also manages Symphony's Distributors in parts of Africa and Central Asia.

Natasha Martin BSc

With an International Bachelor of Science degree and several years of sales experience Natasha joined Symphony in 2007 as an Account Manager. Her role manages several regions around the world including Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, China, France, New Zealand and USA. She works with her current distributors to optimise their markets and she also looks to seek out the best distributors in other regions within her given territories.

Robert M Bobroff

Robert joined Symphony in 1998, having run his own Residential Property Development Companies for many years and with wide-ranging experience in Sales & Marketing including owning a printing business. He is responsible for managing Symphony's Distributors in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia, including India.

Kira Clarkson BBA

Kira is originally from Venezuela, she joined Symphony in April 2009 as a Trainee Account Manager. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and worked whilst studying for the biggest Telecommunication company in Venezuela. She assists Dorothy in her areas and also manages Ghana, Scandinavia, Algeria and Italy.

Julien Laurier

Julien focuses on degradable and non-degradable finished product sales in the UK market, including garden centres, universities, transport companies, and football clubs.

Financial

Susan Kelly - FCCA (Group Financial Controller)

After working in private practice for ten years, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1993, Susan joined Symphony in 1998 as Group Financial Controller. She is now responsible for managing the supply-chain, and deputises for the Finance Director in his absence. She is assisted by Kate Silvester.

Marketing

Chris Jenks - Graphic Designer/Marketing Executive

Chris holds a degree in communication, marketing and advertising from the Universita per Stranieri. He joined Symphony at the end of 2010, after working in design and marketing in property in central London and Italy. He is passionate about corporate identity, typography and powerful visuals. He is fluent in Italian.

Technical

Emyr Peregrine MSc - Technical Manager

Emyr is a RAPRA-trained engineer, with broad experience in the plastics industry. He is based at Telford, and is responsible, with the Technical Director, for development of new systems and processes, and for assisting manufacturers to resolve any production issues.

David Buxton PhD - Senior Technical Executive

David holds a PhD in polymer/organometallic chemistry and has worked for many years with companies in the field of printing inks and biorenewable chemistry. He is responsible for the management and coordination of all technical projects and activities undertaken by the Symphony technology team

Perry Higgs BSc - Technical Executive

Perry started at Symphony in September 2008, shortly after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry. While at university Perry honed his interest and education towards analytical chemistry and went on to gain experience in the GLP/GMP materials science laboratory of a major pharmaceutical company. Perry's responsibilities include the co-ordination of Testing at Symphony, Technical sales support and the support of project activities undertaken by the technical team.

Andrew Redfearn BSc - Technical Assistant

Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Leeds. Whilst at Leeds he was involved in research into the properties of metallic films. He joined Symphony on 2010 and is working on major R&D projects and quality-control testing.

 

Symphony Energy

Ken Jones - General Manager

Ken was a senior non-commissioned officer in the engineering branch of the Royal Navy. He is a qualified engineer with many years experience, together with skills in the field of Project Management and Health & Safety. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He holds professional qualifications in Supervisory Management (NDipM) and Health & Safety (MIOSH) (AMRSH). He is based at Borehamwood, and is responsible for managing the Group's waste-to-value projects.
